ABOUT OUR DOCTOR

Dr. Michael Nelson is a Chiropractic Physician and co-founder of Carolina Active Health Chiropractic with his wife, Kelsey.

He knew from an early age that he wanted to help people in healthcare. Prior to attending Palmer, he completed his undergraduate degree at The Ohio State University in Athletic Training, where he gained experience working with several varsity sports.
